Starting the year with a sell-out success

We are thrilled to report the unprecedented sell-out of The Crescent at RED over the holiday season. Just steps to the slopes, these 102 modern alpine flats were highly anticipated, both for their design and location. Watch for upcoming announcements regarding our next project release, Caldera at RED, coming soon to RED Mountain Resort in Rossland, British Columbia. 

First project of 2023, now selling

This March, Ace stepped into spring by launching our first project of 2023, Savoy on Clement. Ontario investors backing Ace Capital

Our Ace Capital division has just returned from a three-day, three-city tour to Windsor, London, and Hamilton, raising capital for the Collinson Rise Development Project. We educated Ontario investors on why Kelowna is one of Canada’s smartest markets for passive real estate investment and exceeded the tour’s projected investment target. We look forward to being in other cities soon.
