Ace started off 2023 launching Savoy on Clement, a 66-unit development in Kelowna’s downtown northside, reaching 80% sold just weeks after launching and becoming the city’s fastest selling project of Q1 and Q2.

Following up on that success, in October, Ace brought Revo Kelowna to market with over 160 units quickly going under contract – the highest new construction sales volume in Kelowna during 2023.​​​​​​​

Following the sell-out success of The Crescent, Ace has again teamed up with RED Mountain Resort on two new alpine home projects in the heart of the Kootenays just minutes from Rossland.

Making Moves into New Markets

Ace has been steadily expanding our market portfolio with incredible new projects across British Columbia, including Ashton by Fairborne, a community of one, two, and three bedroom premium homes on Vancouver’s North Shore. With Building 1 sales now at 80%, we’re pleased to announce that Building 2 has recently launched.

We’re also happy to introduce River Valley Estates, a master planned golf community just minutes from Cranbrook, B.C., beautifully located on the banks of the Saint Mary River. Currently the community offers custom executive homesites and townhomes, now selling.
