Before enjoying the holidays with friends and family, we wanted to end the year with an update from Ace Project Marketing Group. From award wins, to record setting sales and high flying events, in 2024, everything was coming up aces.
Champagne and Diamonds – A Year of Sparkling Success
From the champagne powdered slopes of RED Mountain Resort, 2024 was another banner year for RED Mountain Homes with The Glades and The Daly becoming the fastest selling alpine real estate of the year.
In Kelowna came the highly anticipated Diamond Collection Premiere Release from Water Street by the Park, an exclusive collection of 12 penthouse and sub-penthouse residences offering unmatched city, valley and Okanagan Lake views in the city’s only presale concrete residential tower development.
We launched Shannon-Lynn on the Lake, offering outstanding lakeside living in West Kelowna, and announced Collina, a new collection of studio to two bedroom + flex homes in midtown Kelowna coming Spring 2025.
In the Lower Mainland, we quickly and successfully completed sales for Phase One at Ashton Lynn Creek Village, a community of 140 one, two, and three bedroom premium residences that exemplify West Coast lifestyle in Vancouver’s North Shore. Phase Two sales will begin next spring.
We also hit the awards stage, as our Five Crossings project was selected as a finalist for Best Advertising Campaign at the 2024 CHBA BC Georgie Awards and won Excellence in Marketing at the 2024 CHBC Central Okanagan Awards.
