An Ace Win at the 2025 CHBA National Awards
Our work on the Revo Kelowna website was awarded Best Website at the 2025 CHBA Awards for Housing Excellence. We were honoured to have our work highlighted and recognized at the national level and extend our appreciation to Millennial Developments for allowing us to be part of such an extraordinary project.
Springing Into Okanagan Summer Sales
Q2 was focused on setting up our new and existing projects for a successful summer selling season, with our Kelowna portfolio taking the lead.
We held the official groundbreaking for Shannon Lynn on the Lake, a collection of two to four bedroom lakeview townhomes adjacent to the Shannon Lake Golf Course and featuring an exclusive lakefront park and dock.
We also had the recent pleasure of celebrating the groundbreaking at Rosevale Estates, offering homesites in West Kelowna designed for legacy lakeview living surrounded by nature.
Sales at Collina have now launched. This collection of 177 studio to two bedroom + flex homes in midtown Kelowna is now offering parking included with any home purchased in Summer 2025.
At Revo Kelowna, we’re celebrating our final release of studios with $25,000 off any home purchased before September 2025, including the last remaining one and three bedroom units.
